Shipping, Return, and Exchange Policy

At RK Trends, we are dedicated to providing a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Below are our detailed policies for shipping, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and resolving issues with damaged or incorrect items.


1. Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Within UAE)

  • Shipping Locations:

    • We currently ship to all seven emirates within the UAE, including:

      • Abu Dhabi

      • Dubai

      • Sharjah

      • Ajman

      • Umm Al-Quwain

      • Fujairah

      • Ras Al Khaimah

    • For remote areas, our team will coordinate with you to ensure successful delivery.

  • Delivery Time:

    • Orders are delivered within 3-5 business days.

    • Thursday Non-Processing: Orders placed on Wednesday will begin processing on Friday.

    • Deliveries are made during weekends.

  • Shipping Fee:

    • A flat rate of AED 20 applies to all domestic orders.

  • Free Shipping:

    • Free shipping is available for orders over AED 1,000.

International Shipping

  • Delivery Time:
    International deliveries take 7-14 business days, depending on the destination.

  • Customs Duties and Taxes:
    RK Trends is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and will be collected by the courier or customs authorities.

  • Order Processing:
    Orders are checked, packaged, and prepared for shipment upon payment confirmation. Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order has been dispatched.

  • Signature and ID Requirement:
    A signature and valid photo ID are required upon delivery to ensure secure receipt of your items.


2. Return and Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. Items must meet the following conditions:

    • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all tags and certificates.

    • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized items (not currently offered).

  • Sale items or items purchased with a gift card.

Exchange Policy

  • Due to the unique nature of our jewelry pieces (based on weight and design), exchanges are not offered.

  • The RK Trends team can assist in selecting a similar item, with any necessary price adjustments.


3. Cancellation Policy

Domestic (UAE) Orders

  • Before Shipping:
    Cancellations are allowed before shipping, and no delivery fee will be charged.

  • During Delivery:
    Cancellations during delivery are allowed.

    • A domestic delivery fee of AED 20 will be deducted from the refund for all orders.

International Orders

  • Before Shipping:
    Cancellations are allowed before shipping, and no delivery fee will be charged.

  • After Shipping:
    Cancellations are not allowed once the order has been shipped.


4. Tabby Orders (UAE Only)

  • Third-Party Processing Fee:
    For any order purchased via Tabby, a 10% fee will be deducted from the refund to account for third-party processing fees.

  • Tabby orders otherwise follow the same cancellation and return policies as regular orders.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue.

  • Provide clear photos of the item and details of the issue via:

  • RK Trends will arrange for the item to be collected and offer a refund or replacement, depending on the situation.


6. Additional Information

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Not available; all orders must be prepaid.

  • Expedited Shipping: Currently not offered.

  • Holiday Deliveries: Deliveries are made during holidays, though processing times may be slightly delayed.
